Please continue to save BoxTops for Educatin and send them into school with your child. You can also register at www.boxtops4education.com and choose Sayreville Middle School as your designated school. We get boxtops points just for new registrations! You can also do lots of holiday shopping through the Boxtops Marketplace and earn boxtops points for the school.

6^th Grade Socials	Sell refreshments
6^th & 7^th Grade Fun Day	Distribute water and refreshments
7^th & 8^th Grade Dance	Sell refreshments
8^th Grade Dinner Dance	Chaperone dance at East Brunswick Chateau
8^th Grade Picnic	Set up, serve lunch and clean up (Burke’s Park)
8^th Grade HS Activities Day	Serve refreshments to High School students
8^th Grade Yearbook	This committee functions throughout the year. The PTO is responsible for coordinating all meetings, photograph sessions, organizing ordering and distributing of the yearbook.
Academic Recognition Luncheon	Straight A students are awarded a pizza and ice cream party each of first three marking periods. Set up, serve and clean up.
Care Night	Solicit donations, set up, clean up and serve refreshments
Clothing Sales	Package and distribute clothing
Fundraising	Help with distributing orders on pick-up night
Family Fun Night	Student and Faculty Volleyball Game Sell tickets, set up, clean up and sell refreshments.
Hospitality	Serve refreshments at various functions
Ice Cream Socials	Chaperone and sell tickets and refreshments
Make a Difference Day	Community event held in October –Responsibilities include collecting and delivering gifts.
Mother’s Day Sale	Assist with delivery, set up and selling of plants
Photography	Assist photographer with organization of students for school pictures
Programs	Search for and provide assembly programs for students
Trash for Cash	Count used ink cartridges and prepare for shipping
Valentine’s Day Sale	Students are able to purchase gift items. PTO volunteers responsible for all shopping, delivery and selling for this event.

PTO MEMBERSHIP - By joining, you help support the many programs and activities that the PTO has planned for your child. All parents/guardians who join the PTO will be able to submit their e-mail address to receive notices of events and activities. Please remit your dues as soon as possible.
